The accepted proposal must identify the customer, property, authorized work, surfaces, exclusions, price, schedule, payment terms and any applicable cancellation notices. Changes require written approval before additional work.
Before work, document pre-existing deterioration, cracks, loose paint, failed seals and other risks. The customer provides authorized access and discloses known issues. Preparation may include securing pets, closing windows and moving vehicles or furniture as agreed. Cleaning does not repair surfaces or guarantee removal of every stain.
Weather, unsafe conditions or unexpected site conditions may require a revised plan. Job records and photos document condition and completion; separate permission is required for advertising use. This framework is a draft for Florida legal review, not a blanket waiver of liability.
